Vulpine Smile

Since there is only so much you can do appearance-wise when concerning natural pelt colors of foxes, VulpineSmile allows members to make custom coats that probably would not happen in nature.

Fur Color:

Fur color must not be too unrealistic or crazy. No artificial coloring, unless by accessories (listed below). Foxes must have natural colors, such as browns, grays, reds, black, and white, and these colors can be turned into custom patterns as long as it isn't too unrealistic. Certain colors and patterns are not available for all species, as well. For example, it wouldn't make since to have an artic fox who had the coloring of a forest fox, unless the fox's fur changed over time to adapt to a new life in the woodlands or something. If you have questions regarding your fox's appearance, contact the site owner, and you will be confronted if your fox is too wacky as well.

Eye Color:

This is where VulpineSmile gets far from realistic. Our foxes are allow to have any eye color a member wants. Well, not any. Things such as rainbow eyes or strange markings, like pentigras or something, are not allowed, but anything else is a go really.

Accessories and Scars:

Like the idea of having a feather necklace? Bone earrings? Well you can! Foxes are allowed to be adorned with any of the following: feathers, bits of bones, paint made from berries, clay or mud, twigs, leaves, and fur from other animals. Foxes may also have scars (well duh), but they cannot have scars that make strange patterns or markings, such as the ones Vicars have.

Personalities:

While VulpineSmile encourages members to create original charater and such, we also encourage you to not create "original" mary sues. This includes characters that are "perfect." They are the most beautiful, friendly, kind characters who never make mistakes, or they are the most ruthless, unmerciful, heartless killers who cannot be beaten in battle. While we don't disallow these characters, they are generally frowned upon by everyone, and we suggest making more realistic characters by adding strengths and weakness, etc. Make whatever charater you want, (as long as it obides by the rules), but keep this in mind!
